1. exercise by walking at least an hour everyday!
2. do not, i repeat do not have any bad foods, try and resist as much as possible
3. eat between 800-1200 calories a day! (obvisouly try 800) :)
4. Think skinny and you will be skinny, if your positive and look at pictures and say i will be that, everytime you go for bad food or a binge, tihnk about what you wanna be have small goals and just put the snack down and go for carrots, celery, low calorie vegie juices.
5. foods to mainly consume are vegies of course no potatoes or high carb things.. try having no fruit for the first month and swap it for natural protein like nuts! will shred of kilos, without bulking muscle and speeds your metabolism because sugar slows it down, yes even good sugars such as fruit do. but after your goal weight fruit is perfctly acceptable! :d make sure you take vitamin suppplements because you need vitamins to lose weight!
